Job Overview We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to support business growth across the laboratory, life sciences, and healthcare sectors. This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting laboratory and medical technology solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, research institutes, and related industries. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in scientific, laboratory, or medical equipment solutions. The company specializes in laboratory equipment, diagnostics, life science products, and medical technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Identify and develop new business opportunities within healthcare, laboratory, research, and life sciences sectors. • Promote laboratory equipment, medical devices, diagnostic solutions, and related products to customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, universities, and research organizations. • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and solution discussions. Account Management • Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for business expansion. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions where required. • Follow up on sales opportunities and ensure timely closure of deals. Market Development • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. • Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations. • Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management. Internal Coordination • Work closely with technical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate product deliveries, installation schedules, and after-sales support activities. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related discipline. • Minimum 1 to 3 years of sales or business development experience. • Experience in laboratory equipment, medical devices, healthcare products, scientific instruments, or life sciences solutions is an advantage. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement. • Comfortable conducting customer visits and business development activities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
