Senior Accounting Associate | Marina Bay | 1 Year | UP to $4300

Role Purpose We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support statutory accounting, group reporting, and digital transformation (DX) initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and improving operational efficiency across Singapore and APBU countries. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries • Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages for APAC regional affiliates • Support external and internal audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and regions • Drive and support digital transformation initiatives using Power BI and Power Automate • Perform ad hoc accounting and operational tasks as required Core Responsibility Split • Statutory Accounting & GL Management – 30% • Group / Regional Reporting – 30% • Digital Transformation & Automation – 30% • Ad hoc Assignments – 10% Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience • Strong grounding in accounting principles and financial reporting • Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate (highly preferred) • Exposure to digital tools and automation in finance processes • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Key Notes • Experience with Power BI / Power Automate is critical for success in this role • You will be responsible for maintaining existing dashboards and developing automation solutions to streamline manual processes • Experience with other digital tools or automation platforms will also be considered • Comfortable working with regional (APBU) stakeholders on cross-border reporting and data consolidation • Demonstrates a proactive mindset, ownership, and collaborative approach Must-Have Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • At least 3 years of relevant accounting / finance experience • Practical experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar digital tools • Strong accounting fundamentals (GL, journal entries, financial reporting) • High attention to detail with strong accountability • Ability to work effectively with regional stakeholders and manage cross-border reporting We regret to inform that only shortlistedcandidates will be notified.
