Site Operation Executive (12 Months | Up to $3.3k)

Job Summary This role focuses on managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring vehicles are prepared, safe, and deployed on schedule. It also involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. Responsibilities • Oversee daily site operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely • Ensure vehicles are ready for deployment (cleaning, charging, inspections, updates) • Act as the main point of contact on-site for day-to-day operations • Keep accurate records of fleet status, attendance, and incidents • Work with vendors and support teams (security, cleaning, fleet) to maintain operations • Ensure all reports and documents are compliant and up to date • Support audits and safety checks when required Requirements • Possessed Class 3/4 driving license (no major violations in the past 3 years) • Experience in depot, logistics, fleet coordination or control room operations • Comfortable with tablets, diagnostic tools and basic software interfaces • Strong commitment to safety Other Information • Location: Tampines • Work Schedule: 5 day work week (shift) • Salary: Up to $3,300 Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
