About this role
• Develop materials (both hardcopy and digital) to support delivery of Health Plans and Grow Well Sg, e.g. health plan booklets, tokens, information pamphlets, playbooks, PG letters, briefing videos, teacher toolkits etc. • Develop materials (both hardcopy and digital) to support the delivery of YPS programmes and the function of a School Health Service Relationship manager. • Train and familiarise YPS staff with materials as they develop in their roles as relationship manager and health plan prescribers, maintaining regular engagement to ensure alignment on programme goals and priorities. • Build and sustain strong working relationships with nursing leaders, HPB departments, and partner agencies as needed to facilitate smooth programme delivery. • Provide guidance and resources to schools and other stakeholders as needed on the application of health plans and programme playbooks. • Track and document programme progress, flagging issues and recommending improvements where necessary. 2. SchoolHealth Administrative Support • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of school health activities aligned with Grow Well SG priorities. • Coordinate with schools and relevant agencies to facilitate the delivery of health programmes, including vaccination, health screening, and health promotion initiatives. Monitor the implementation of school health activities and ensure adherence to established protocols and timelines. • Serve as a key point of contact for school health queries, feedback, and escalations. • General administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and minutes taking. • Assist in the preparation of reports and updates on school health programme performance for internal and external stakeholders. 3. ResourceProcurement • Provideprocurement support such as seeking and comparing quotations in compliance withHPB's Procurement Guidelines, prompt issuance ofpurchase orders, processing of Finance related materials such as invoices,credit notes, etc. • Identifyand assess resource needs to support the delivery of Grow Well SG programmesand school health tasks. • Collaboratewith internal HPB and external partners as needed to ensure accurate resourcedevelopment and procurement. • Ensuretimely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services inaccordance with procurement guidelines. • Maintainaccurate records of procurement activities and track the status of resource requests. 4. Phone Surveys Design andMonitoring • Support thedesign and development of phone survey instruments to gather data on programmereach, participant experience, and health outcomes. • Ensure surveyquestions are clear, relevant, and aligned with programme evaluation objectives. • Oversee theadministration of phone surveys, including coordinating with survey teams andmanaging survey timelines. • Monitor datacollection processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness. • Conduct simpleconsolidation of survey findings and prepare clear, actionable reports toinform programme improvements Requirements: • Minimum a Diploma or GCE “A” level • Min 1-2 years of experiences administrative support • Strong project, stakeholder, and time management skills • Proficient in handling procurement related projects • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc) and preferably Canva, Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator • submit Monthly Service Report to HPB EA Personnel Name: Sharmila EA Personnel No: R23113352 EA License No: 95C5411
