Location: Teck Whye Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm (1 hour lunch break) Contract Duration: 1 Aug 2026 to 31st Jul 2027 Salary: UP $3,300 This role provides frontline discipline support and student management assistance to ensure a safe, orderly, and supportive school environment. The officer works closely with the Discipline Team, Student Development personnel, and Operations staff to uphold school standards, support at-risk students, andmanage day-to-day behavioral matters across campus. The position combines on-ground supervision, student intervention, and administrative case support, requiring constant engagement with students, staff, and parents. Responsibilities: • Provide frontline discipline support through supervision of students in canteen, corridors, school perimeter, detention, and traffic management duties. • Monitor and support students under in-house suspension or detention, ensuring compliance with school rules and engagement in assigned tasks. • Assist in managing student behavior in class and during school events, ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment. • Support case management for at-risk students, including fact-finding, basic investigations, documentation, and progress tracking. • Liaise with teachers, school staff, and parents through follow-ups, calls, and home visits to support student intervention and behavior improvement. Requirements: • Relevant qualifications (e.g., GCE ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree) or equivalent practical experience • Experience in student administration, pastoral care, youth engagement, or related fields is preferred • Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a strong ability to support, mentor, and guide individuals • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in data tracking and report writing preferred
