Job Location: 2 Tampines Street 82, Singapore 528986 Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (1st August 2026-31st December 2028) Working Hours • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (inclusive of 30 mins lunch break) • Fridays: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of 30 mins lunch break) • Off on weekends and public holidays Job Description We are looking for a competent Student Management Aide to support our school's student management team and developmental discipline committee. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) for Student Management and Level Discipline Masters to maintain a positive school tone and mentor youths at risk. Key Responsibilities 1. Developmental Discipline Coordination • Supervise and support students serving detention or suspension. • Implement and monitor discipline processes consistently • Follow up with student defaulters. • Upkeep, maintain, and compile detention records and data. • Update Form Teachers regarding student attendance. • Reinforce appropriate behaviour and support student reintegration into daily routines. 2. Discipline Room Operations • Support the morning management of late-comers. • Update attendance and mobile phone confiscation logs in the school system. • Attend to students dropping into the Discipline Room and liaise with relevant teachers. 3. Case Management and Interventions • Monitor the progress of students undergoing disciplinary measures. • Report potential student and discipline issues to Level Discipline Masters. • Oversee student compliance with assignments during in-house suspensions. • Manage daily sign-in and sign-out tracking for monitored students. 4. School Environment and Examination Support • Monitor unstructured hours like recess and after-school periods to prevent disruptions. • Collaborate with the student management team to design behavioral growth tasks. • Provide logistical and escort support during national and school examinations. • Monitor students identified for extended self-study programmes during term breaks. Job Requirements • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. • Experience using school management databases or online administration platforms is preferred. • Prior MOE teaching or student management experience is highly advantageous. • Strong background in coaching, mentoring, or counseling youths at risk. • Excellent communication and investigative reporting skills.
