• Acted as the key liaison between logistics operations stakeholders and IT team for Transport Management System (TMS) implementation. • Gathered and consolidated requirements from global stakeholders and translated them into clear specifications for system development. • Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) and supported system validation on behalf of end users. • Managed complex datasets, designed reporting templates, and prepared data analysis reports for business insights. • Led project coordination activities including meetings, stakeholder alignment, timeline tracking, and training on TMS functionality. Requirement: • Diploma/Degree in related field with 3 years working experience and ability to host meetings and engage confidently with 3PLs, freight providers, and global stakeholders. • Strong logistics experience with in-depth knowledge of air freight operations, including shipment planning, consolidation, and Incoterms. • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional with ability to manage large datasets, multitask effectively, support TMS/SAP systems, and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies (e.g., AI).
