Location : Novena Square Position : Temp Senior Manager – One Health Office Contract Duration: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 • For temp staff working for periods of 3 months or more, they are entitled to Employment Act benefits. Monthly Salary: $4,800.00 (Degree with at least 12 years of working experience) Working Hours: • Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm • Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm • (Inclusive of one hour lunch break) Job Description We will be hosting two major international One Health event sin 2027. To support the operational implementation and execution phase of these events, we are seeking an Event Implementation Manager on a12-month temporary contract from January 2027 to December 2027. The Event Implementation Manager will take charge of the on-ground delivery of both international events, working from established planning frameworks to ensure successful execution. Beyond the two flagship events, the role also contributes to broader day-to-day One Health work. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities International Event Implementation • Onboard into the role by thoroughly familiarising with existing event frameworks, protocols, and preparatory work completed during the planning phase • Project manage event vendors and service providers, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope • Track RSVPs, manage participant coordination, and handle logistical arrangements for international attendees • Lead on-ground implementation and real-time logistics for both international events across the first and second halves of 2027 • Coordinate post-event follow-up, including documentation of outcomes and integration of key takeaways into relevant One Health work streams General Support • Assist in coordinating One Health initiatives across food safety, animal-borne diseases, vector-borne diseases, environmental hazards, and related enablers • Help prepare communication materials and support the organisation of workshops, capacity-building events, and Singapore's participation in international One Health forums • Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, note-taking, and general secretariat functions • Contribute to literature reviews, briefing documents, and horizon scanning activities on One Health topics where capacity allows Job Requirements • Experience in operational event management or project management, preferably in an international or public sector context • Proven ability to manage vendors, coordinate logistics, and deliver events end-to-end • Prior experience with international organisations such as World Health Organization, Association of Southeast Asian Nations, or similar multilateral bodies is advantageous • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure and manage competing priorities • Experience in public health, food safety, or a related One Health domain is an advantage but not a requirement If you meet the requirements, please submit your resume directly to eg@businessedge.com.sg EA License No: 96C4864 Reg.
