Location : Pasir Panjang Road Job Title :; Temporary Senior Manager Monthly Salary: $4,800 per month Working Hours: • Mon to Thurs, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm,inclusive of 1 hour break. • May be required to work on weekends and Public Holidays depending on operational needs. Job Description We are from MOH Strategic Resource Management Division(SRMD) / Logistics Operations and Readiness (LOR) Branch and would like to engage a temporary staff – Senior Manager – to commence work on 8 Jun 2026. Expected Start Date: 8 June 2026 Expected End Date: 31 December 2026 The candidate is responsible for the: (1) management of assets/inventories currently stored in MOH’s third party logistics (3PL) warehouses, and (2) assist in the renewal of Memorandums of Understanding(MOUs) with hotels serving as Multi-Purpose Community Isolation Facilities(MPCIF), as well as implementing the new Infection Prevention and Control (IPC)requirements. • Assets Accounting. Verify assets' working conditions, account for assets loaned to other entities, and donate or transfer functional assets to other Whole-of-Government (WoG) agencies, non-profit organisations, or Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs). • Assets Disposal. Assist the disposal operations of expired, redundant or damaged assets from the 3PLwarehouses. • Review and Engagement with Hotels. Review and extend the existing MOUs with the hotels, arrange for engagement sessions with hotels, conduct site reconnaissance and assess whether the hotels comply with the new IPC requirements. • Others. To prepare updates for internal reporting, and to perform any other duties / undertake ad-hoc projects in support of SRMD as required. Job Requirements Senior Manager Requirement • Senior Manager – $4,800 per month • (Degree with at least 12 years of work experience) • (Diploma with at least 17 years of work experience) Qualifications and Skills • Operational Management: Strong operational management skills with a focus on customer-centric service delivery. • Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory, ensuring accountability, and enforcing compliance with policies and procedures. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey regulatory requirements and best practices to external stakeholders. • Change Management: Ability to facilitate the integration of changes into standard operating procedures and workflows. • Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills to work with external stakeholders in developing operational plans and reporting systems. • Project Support: Ability to provide support for ad hoc project tasking and duties in alignment with crisis strategy and operational objectives.
