About this role
A leading international bank is hiring a VP, Strategic Partnerships to join its Retail Products & Journeys team in Singapore. This is an existing role reporting into the SVP of Strategic Partnerships. You will own the execution and growth of identified partnerships that drive customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and strengthen the bank's wealth, health, lifestyle and digital ecosystem propositions. What you will do: • Execute the end-to-end partnership roadmap aligned to retail banking objectives • Manage and grow partnerships across Health & Wellness and Lifestyle verticals • Handle pre and post-onboarding management and governance of partnership agreements (co-branding, affiliate, referral, product bundling) • Act as relationship manager for allocated partnerships • Work across product, marketing, technology, legal, compliance and risk to deliver commercial outcomes • Build and manage the partnership P&L, set KPIs, and track performance and ROI What you will bring: • Strong B2B relationship management experience with a track record of commercial delivery • Solid understanding of retail banking products (deposits, cards, investments, wealth) • Knowledge of financial services trends such as embedded finance, digital wallets, super apps and fintech collaboration • Experience working with fintechs, tech platforms, lifestyle brands, wealth managers and travel/health/education providers • Good grasp of P&L drivers and ROI analysis • Familiarity with compliance, conduct risk and regulatory considerations in banking partnerships (MAS, outsourcing guidelines) • Confidence operating in a matrixed organisation across functions and geographies
