About this role
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst (L2/L3) on a 12 months contract basis to support and enhance business‑critical enterprise applications. You will own incident resolution, support application stability, and work closely with business and technical teams to deliver reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities · Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise applications · Own and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests · Troubleshoot defects, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive fixes · Monitor application performance, stability, and availability · Support deployments, releases, and after‑hours activities when required · Produce and maintain support, technical, and functional documentation · Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field · 4–6+ years experience in application support (L2/L3) and/or development · Strong experience in: · ColdFusion (preferred) · JavaScript, HTML · ASP / ASP.NET / VB.NET / C#.NET · MS SQL Server · Experience with ITIL‑based incident, problem, and change management · Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder skills · Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
