CPU Engineer (12 months)

CPU Engineer 12 months contract Location: One north Job Description • Design and Implement ARM® based CPU on latest smartphone products. • Developing CPU RTL model, defining timing constraint (SDC), low-power model (UPF). • Benchmark and evaluate CPU performance under different configuration and specification. • Design Verification on CPU functionality, low-power requirement through simulation and Machine Learning. • Completing IC Design VLSI flow from RTL to GDSII (Synthesis, Floorplan, Automated Place&Route, Physical Verification) • Performing Static Timing Analysis (STA) on CPU design, modeling on On-Chip Process Variation. • Applying latest testing (DFT) technique, optimizing test coverage on CPU. • Performing post-silicon binning technique to achieve best possible CPU performance, power and yield. Job Requirements • Good Knowledge of CPU Architecture and Design. • Passionate about boosting performance of newest ARM® CPU. • Interest in gaining exposure to real-world IC design flows and latest semiconductor technology.
