About this role
JD: • Manage and administer project contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, specifications, drawings, schedules, and other contract documents. • Work closely with project teams to establish and maintain the contract baseline, including scope, commercial terms, technical requirements, and project deliverables. • Review, evaluate, and monitor contract performance, identify contractual risks and issues, and provide timely recommendations for mitigation and resolution. • Coordinate and support contract-related correspondence, variation orders, claims, change management, and dispute resolution processes with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. • Participate in monthly project meetings and coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, planning, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and project objectives. • Prepare and maintain accurate contract records, reports, and documentation to support project execution, commercial control, and management decision-making. Requirements: • Have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in contract management, commercial administration or project controls within major EPC, LNG, Oil & Gas or infrastructure projects, including at least 5 years in a similar management position. • Lead the identification, interpretation and administration of the contract baseline, including contract terms and conditions, technical specifications, drawings, estimates, proposals, schedules and all other documents forming part of the Contract. • Participate in monthly project review meetings and other commercial, contractual and management meetings, working closely with project management and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure contractual compliance and effective risk management. • Ensure that all insurance requirements and obligations under the prime contract are properly implemented, maintained and complied with throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage and coordinate all prime contract close-out activities, ensuring timely completion of contractual deliverables, final accounts, documentation, claims resolution and handover requirements. • Lead and manage personnel within the project contracts and commercial team, providing guidance, supervision and performance management to ensure effective contract administration and project support. • The position is based in Jurong East area.
