The FA Artist is a guardian of our clients' brands, responsible for the flawless execution and adaptation of creative campaigns. This role exists to ensure that every piece of advertising, from digital banners to print ads, is produced with the highest level of technical precision and brand consistency. You are the craftsperson at the final stage of the production line, delivering pixel-perfect assets and upholding the quality that our clients expect. Key Responsibilities • Execute the localization and adaptation of advertising campaigns across print and digital formats, ensuring all work is on-brief, on-brand, and delivered on time. • Uphold brand integrity by meticulously applying brand guidelines, typography, and colour standards to all final artwork. • Produce high-quality, technically accurate assets, including static and animated digital banners and basic image retouching, with an exceptional attention to detail. • Leverage generative AI and automation tools to efficiently create multiple versions and adaptations of assets, enhancing speed and consistency across campaigns. • Collaborate effectively with project managers and team leads, proactively communicating project status and resolving any technical issues. • Manage and prioritize a high volume of artworking tasks to meet demanding production schedules and deadlines. Requirements • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. • Proven experience in a fast-paced studio environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical skill in artworking, layout, and typography. • An obsessive attention to detail and a deep commitment to quality control and brand consistency. • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines. • A proactive and adaptive approach to learning, with a strong interest in applying new technologies, including AI-powered design and production tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
