About this role
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced International Sourcing Manager to lead international sourcing, supply planning, and import operations to ensure a stable, compliant, and cost-effective supply of imported FMCG products. This role will work closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to strengthen category performance through sourcing optimisation, supplier management, inventory planning, and end-to-end import execution. Job Scope: • Develop and execute international sourcing strategies to support category growth and margin improvement • Build and manage overseas supplier networks and sourcing partnerships • Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, MOQs, lead times, service levels, and supply continuity • Drive direct import initiatives and improve total landed cost performance • Develop demand forecasts and supply plans across imported product categories • Manage inventory health, replenishment planning, and out-of-stock mitigation strategies • Oversee import execution from PO placement through shipment coordination and customs clearance • Ensure compliance with import regulations, permits, food safety, and internal governance standards • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen product range and competitiveness Requirements: • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline • Minimum 8 years of experience in international sourcing, supply planning, and import operations • Experience managing overseas suppliers and end-to-end supply chain execution • Strong exposure to demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and import operations • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment Additional Information: • Commencement Date: Immediate • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm • Location: Tampines
