About this role
New Life Student Care is catered to Primary school-going children, aged 7 – 12. Our mission is to mentor children to become disciplined and confident individuals by providing holistic engagement at our centres. We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals who enjoy working with children and partnering with parents, volunteers, and other stake holders to support their development. Responsibilities · Classroom Management: Supervise and guide students with their homework, ensure safety and well-being. · Activity Planning: Plan, implementation, and evaluate programmes and activities. · Stakeholder Partnerships: Communicate effectively with colleagues, caregivers, and volunteers; build positive relationships with children, parents, and stakeholders. · Administrative Duties: Attend to enquiries, maintain proper records, prepare reports. Requirements · Minimum Polytechnic Diploma with two years of relevant experience · Possess primary school content knowledge for homework guidance · Passionate and committed to connecting with children and families · Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Proficient in English and Mandarin · Team player and adaptable to changes · Energetic, responsible, organised and ethical · Work location: Teck Whye · Work Hours: 26-hour work week (4 days x 5 hrs + 1 day x 6 hrs)
