Job Summary You support the Management of Change (MOC) process by evaluating and implementing changes across regional operations to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. You report to the Regional MOC Team Lead and play a key role in risk assessments and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities • Review and assess proposed changes to operational processes, equipment, and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including operations, technical, engineering, and HSE/PSM to gather information for thorough change evaluations • Document and track all MOC changes accurately to maintain complete records for audit and compliance purposes • Participate in risk assessments and hazard reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks related to operational changes • Provide technical input on complex changes to support the Regional MOC Team Lead and ensure smooth implementation • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to clarify changes and minimize operational impacts • Ensure all changes comply with internal policies and external regulations to uphold operational integrity • Provide constructive feedback on the MOC process to drive continuous improvements and enhance workplace safety and efficiency Required competencies and certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred) or related technical field • 5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry focusing on process safety, risk assessment, or project engineering • Hands-on experience with MOC systems and regulatory compliance • Strong analytical skills to manage technical reviews effectively • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred competencies and qualifications • Certification in Risk Management or related fields
