About this role
Location: Middle Road Working Hours: Office Hours Salary: Up to $5,200 (will commensurate with experience) Job ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Project Team, you will: • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (including government agencies, vendors, and consultants) to coordinate and support key project workstreams related to the venue closure • Support procurement activities, including drafting requirement specifications, preparing procurement documents, managing evaluation processes, and supporting contract awards • Assist in vendor and consultant management, including site inspections and visits to the venue when required • Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines across various project workstreams • Provide administrative and project management support, including record-keeping, documentation, tracking of vendor payments, billing, budgets, and project timelines • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, including preparing minutes and tracking follow-up actions • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc company group-related workstreams Requirements• At least 5 years of relevant working experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Prior experience in public sector procurement (e.g. tender management, bid evaluation, presentations) will be an advantage • Prior experience in project management and/or contract management is preferred EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
