Outreach Coordinator

About the Role Location: Nearest MRT, Central Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm Salary: Up to $3,200/month Start Date: Immediate Duration: 3-month contract (there's a possibilities of extension) Key Responsibilities: • Partnerships: Engage programme partners, community organisations, and social service agencies; develop collaboration and participation initiatives. • Group visits: Coordinate logistics (transportation, ticketing, on-site support) and track requests/attendance. • Digital access support: Provide alternative booking/registration options and guide users through digital platforms. • Outreach & awareness: Work with partners’ channels to disseminate promotional messages and run community engagement activities; monitor impact and adjust. Key Requirements: • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Community Engagement / Arts Management / Communications or any related studies. • At least 5 years’ of experiences in community engagement, partnership management, or outreach. • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
