(Part Time) Venue Management Duty Supervisor | National Stadium

The duty supervisor will be in-charge of overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the venue and ensuring that operations are running smoothly. Provide assistance in logistics and any other daily operational and venue matters that may arise. Venue management: • Manage patrons’ enquiries, feedbacks, or issues • Assist and support enquiries from Customer Care • Assist with programme sign ups and set up of equipment • Familiarise and promote venue offerings (e.g., programme, courses) • Ensure that the venue is clean and safe, reporting any safety or cleanliness issues to the facilities or security team • Ensure that the venue is run in a safe and orderly manner in accordance with the conditions of entry of the venue • Ensure that venue is ready for Elite Athlete Training (Lights is in Training Mode) • Be the main point of contact for Customer Care, Facility Attendant/Groundsmen, EAT personnel, Security and Duty Technicians • Ensure no patrons overstayed the respective bookings • Assist with any incidents by following the correct procedures and raising an Incident Report (IR) to venue management • Update venue management with daily sales figures and EAT Numbers • Attend required staff training • To provide emergency assistance when required • Any other duties assigned Requirements • Preferably candidates with the event related experience, facilities management or sports related experience • Duty Supervisors to patrol around the venue for venue checks.
