Project Manager (Corporate Fit-Out & Reinstatement) Contract Duration: 1 Year Location: City Hall Job OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to oversee corporate office fit-out projects and building reinstatement works. The role covers the full project lifecycle—from planning and design coordination through to execution and handover—ensuring all deliverables meet functional requirements, regulatory standards, timelines, and budget expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Office Fit-Out Projects • Plan and manage office fit-out works across design, procurement, and construction phases • Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors to deliver functional and efficient workplace environments • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building regulations • Monitor project budgets, track costs, assess variations, and implement cost control measures Building Reinstatement Projects • Lead reinstatement works to restore premises to original or specified conditions as required by statutory agencies or lease agreements • Oversee demolition, make-good works, and restoration activities • Liaise with property managers, statutory bodies, and contractors to ensure smooth project handover • Manage timelines, costs, safety, and quality standards throughout reinstatement works General Project Management • Act as the main liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams across all phases • Provide timely progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies • Oversee contract administration, including variations and documentation • Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement Job Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline • 3–5 years of experience in office fit-out and reinstatement projects • Experience with government procurement processes preferred • Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and reinstatement works • Proven track record in successful project delivery • Strong organisational and time management skills • Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Singapore Citizen Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
