Senior HR Exec (Outram Park, 6 Months)

Job Scope: Collaborate closely with programme team and vendors to oversee and support the following aspects of the study: • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes • Coordinate with stakeholders on setup and operational deployment • Oversee the operations of health assessment kiosks (e.g., body composition, hand grip strength, blood pressure, waist circumference measurement) during the pilot • Provide general administrative support for data collection, reporting and evaluation activities Requirements: • Minimum Diploma or equivalent • Has relevant hands-on experience working with vendors and running research studies/large scale programme management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, work independently as well as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Duration: July 26 to Jan 27 Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours) Location: Outram Park Salary: TBA EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
