Office location: River Valley Road Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm), Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) Contract: 1 year Job Scope a) Support Site Works i) Oversee works on equipment structures, installations, deployments, facilities, and equipment at sites; ii) Ensure required site resources are promptly procured and made available; iii) Review planned work schedules and method statement readiness prior to site activities; iv) Support the client contractor in obtaining necessary clearances and approvals from relevant internal or external parties prior to site works; v) Coordinate with project teams, government/utility agencies, and sub-contractors for site meetings, as well as setup, operation, and maintenance of sites; vi) Monitor ongoing site works to ensure compliance with regulations, by-laws, and SOP; vii) Ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations by all site personnel; viii) Oversee site reinstatement works to ensure proper reinstatement and handover to maintenance parties upon completion of works; ix) Support resolution of any unexpected site issues or operational challenges. b) Support System Testing Activities i) Support the client contractor in obtaining necessary clearances and approvals from relevant parties prior to testing activities; ii) Perform islandwide travel to carry out testing, including after-office hours and night operations as required; iii) Coordinate with the client contractor to monitor and update testing programmes and work schedules; iv) Liaise with project teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure required resources are available for testing; v) Ensure timely submission of test data, results, and reports by contractors for review and analysis; vi) Participate in test review meetings and assist in preparing meeting documentation; vii) Support site handover activities across islandwide locations. Qualifications a) Recognised Polytechnic Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; b) At least two (2) years of relevant experience in system testing and/or site coordination works, including supervision of installation and maintenance of electrical or civil infrastructure, and coordination with government/utility agencies and contractors; c) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous and resourceful approach; d) Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment; e) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); f) Good communication and writing skills; g) Willingness to travel islandwide between office and work sites; h) Ability to perform night work (9pm to 6am) based on operational requirements; i) Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
