Job Details: • Immediate - 31 Jan 2027 • $15/hour • Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5.30 pm • Location: Toa Payoh Job Scope: • Attend to queries and assist the property agents and property agencies over the counter(s) by appointment. • Part of the team that handles designated queries over the telephone. • Making out-going reminder calls and conduct phone survey with stakeholders. • Will be assigned other duties (eg. filing/disposal of documents, data entry, statistical update and analysis, monitoring of cases) as and when required. • Able to conduct backend IT system testing for e-services if required. Requirement: • At least possess a Diploma education qualification (≤3 years working experience). • Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
