About this role
The intern will have the exciting opportunity to support the team in one or more digital transformation and automation projects to create Bots/ implement RPA to enhance and streamline the Career Conversion Programme Workstreams. This role provides hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies. He/she will learn the fundamentals of automation design, stakeholder engagement, and digital solution development whilst gaining valuable exposure to government operations and process optimisation. Responsibilities include: A) Knowledge Management (KM) System Development - Design and implement a KM repository using available digital tools. - Support the team to develop processes and workflows to gather, curate and maintain the struture for the KM system. - Assist in creating documentation and user guides for KM processes and tools. B) Automated Budget Tracking Solutions - Implement RPA to enable efficiency in budget tracking. - Engage stakeholders to understand budget tracking requirements. - Design and test the automated solutions that enhance accuracy, reduce processing time, and improve financial oversight. C) AI-Powered Digital Proposal Assessment Tool - Develop bot capable of evaluating and scoring proposals using advanced algorithms and criteria to assess proposals - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand painpoints and improvement opportunities in current proposal development process - Work with divisions to develop bot to drive efficient proposal evaluations Requirements: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities - Proficiency in MS Office suite (include SharePoint), RPA and AI tools - Good written and verbal communication skills in English - Experience with data visualisation tools e.g. PowerBI is a plus
