About this role
• Support the Change Manager in generating and distributing monthly change management reports to project teams. • Coordinate with various teams to gather, consolidate, and submit change reports within established timelines. • Prepare and present final reports to customers. • Assist the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in preparing weekly and monthly reports for project meetings. • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of project and operational reports. • Ensure document owners comply with established document control procedures. • Support annual document reviews and maintain document governance standards. • Manage staff onboarding and offboarding activities in accordance with established procedures. • Maintain and update the DC3 staff list to ensure accuracy. • Monitor staff compliance with mandatory training requirements. • Support Project Managers/Project Directors during internal and external audits. • Track, monitor, and ensure timely closure of audit findings and action items. • Provide PMO administrative support, including asset administration and records management. • Conduct annual asset verification and inventory checks. • Coordinate with team leads to monitor and track service request (SR) status. • Prepare and distribute monthly service request status reports. • Assist in managing offsite staff welfare initiatives and activities. • Coordinate meeting room bookings and logistics arrangements. • Support the planning and execution of team events and engagement activities.
