Estimated Period: June 2026 – January 2027 Working Hours: • Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) • 8:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break) Salary: $2580 - $2760/month Location: Lor 6 Toa Payoh Requirements:• Minimum Diploma qualification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • IT-savvy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Job Responsibilities:• Attend to queries and assist property agents and agencies over the counter (by appointment) • Handle incoming enquiries as part of the customer service hotline team • Make outgoing reminder calls and conduct phone surveys with stakeholders • Perform administrative duties such as filing, document disposal, data entry, and updating reports/statistics • Monitor and track assigned cases • Support backend IT system testing for e-services when required • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R25128798 HUANG QIMENG
