About this role
Test Administration & Invigilation • Administer psychometric assessment sessions across various personnel selection streams. • Provide support to candidates during test sessions, including conducting briefings and resolving basic technical or administrative issues. • Maintain accurate invigilation records, attendance logs, and assessment documentation for audit and quality assurance purposes. Data Management & Quality Assurance • Process and validate assessment scores under the supervision of psychologists. • Maintain and update assessment databases to ensure accurate candidate records and tracking. • Conduct data quality checks and identify anomalies or inconsistencies for further review. Selection Process Coordination • Coordinate the scheduling of assessment sessions and interview panels. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure the smooth progression of selection activities. • Monitor candidate status and maintain timely follow-up throughout the recruitment and assessment process. Research & Documentation Support • Assist in research-related activities, including literature searches, data organisation, and preparation of reports and publication materials. • Support manuscript formatting, reference management, and publication submission processes. • Maintain proper documentation and records to support research and operational requirements. General Administrative Support • Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required. • Perform ad-hoc duties and special projects assigned by supervisors to support departmental objectives. Requirements• Diploma in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data. • Good organisational, coordination, and time management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Familiarity with data management, research, or reference management tools is an advantage. • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. • Prior experience in psychometric testing, research coordination, recruitment, or HR operations is preferred but not essential.
